Contract policies

• * Contract Documentation:

  Contracts are signed through the official "Musaned" platform to ensure the rights of both parties and adhere to government regulations.

  * Application Processing Time:

  Varies depending on nationality and type of worker, typically ranging from 30 to 90 days.

  The company is committed to updating the client on the progress of the application.

  * Payments:

  An advance payment is made upon signing the contract through the Musaned platform.

  * Cancellation Conditions:

  The client has the right to cancel the contract according to the cancellation policy in the contract, with the deduction of a specific administrative fee.

  Cancellation fees are applied as determined by the Ministry of Human Resources.

  * Contract Insurance:

  Contract insurance is provided for the duration of the contract (24 months) in the following cases:

  Refusal to work

  Absconding

  Chronic or mental illness

  Professional incompetence

  * Client Obligations:

  Provide a suitable working environment and housing for the worker.

  Adhere to regulations and instructions, and pay salaries on time.

  * Delays beyond its control:

  The company is not responsible for delays resulting from reasons beyond its control, such as:

  Embassy procedures

  Weather conditions

  Political crises in the country of recruitment

  * Dispute Resolution:

  Any dispute will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, the competent official authorities in the Kingdom will be referred to.

  * Confidentiality of Information:

  The company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and not sharing it with any unauthorized party.
